COVID-19 is presenting our world with unprecedented challenges. At Spray Equipment and Service Center, nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the community we serve.
Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to limit its spread, the governors of many states have issued a stay-at-home order reducing the activities of residents and some businesses. Spray Equipment and Service Center is considered to be an essential business, so we will continue certain operations to support customers. Spray Equipment and Service Center is further taking measures to protect our employees and support public health efforts by transitioning as many of our employees to work at home as possible while continuing onsite activity for essential operations. This includes splitting time for our staff in a way that makes sense to reduce risk and exposure (social distancing). Some functions are continuing remotely to ensure seamless operations. We continue to do everything we can to get through this crisis, following all of the recommendations and requirements from the CDC, WHO, and other public health authorities.
Currently there is very little impact to lead-time or delivery for orders in our queue. We are working with our supply chain to ensure continued availability of key components and have inventory on hand to meet current demands. We will continue to focus our support on critical parts and will have someone available for on-line technical support to provide the services needed for your essential business.
